A St. Charles Avenue seafood house built around Gulf oysters, open-fire chargrilling, Coastal Creole cooking, and a wine list made for seafood. We are building the most ambitious chargrilled oyster and Gulf seafood program in New Orleans. Josh Harmeyer is building a seafood-and-wine restaurant that treats chargrilled oysters with the same seriousness other restaurants give tasting menus.
